How does it work
Your complete guide to mastering press handstands
Our Handstand Press Tutorials are built as a complete step-by-step system designed to help you truly understand and master the press.
Inside the program, you’ll find a full exercise library with detailed technique explanations, precision cues, and progressions, so you can revisit and refine each exercise and always make sure you are training with the best possible technique.
The program is divided into three levels, each following the same structure: two three-week training blocks with three different sessions per week, designed to be repeated in order to build strength, awareness, and consistency.
Each session lasts approximately 25–30 minutes and is designed to complement your regular handstand practice. To support your training, we also include a full-body warm-up, cool-down, and additional hip mobility work for those who need more flexibility to unlock their press.
Once you complete a level and feel ready, you can simply progress to the next stage of the program.

Ready to learn how to press handstand?
The press handstand is an intermediate skill that requires you to be able to comfortably balance in a handstand for approximately 20 seconds. However, our first step focuses on building strength and flexibility, so you can start working on the press handstand technique even if you're not yet holding a stable handstand. Progress at your own pace, and move on to the next steps whenever you feel ready and confident.
