Welcome to balancenotion.com. By purchasing any product, service, workshop, retreat, online program, or event through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Terms

By placing an order on balancenotion.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.

For the purposes of this policy:

“We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Balance Notion.
“You” and “Your” refer to the customer or participant.

These terms apply worldwide unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

2. Products and Services

Balance Notion offers digital products, online programs, live online coaching, in-person workshops, retreats, educational content, and training services.

Some products are delivered digitally, while others involve live participation in person or online.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is specifically offered.

We use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process transactions securely.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, bank charges, transfer fees, and any international transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other payment providers may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation or refund.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to the content, all sales of prerecorded tutorials, downloadable materials, and digital products are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Workshops and Live Online Events

For all workshops and live online events worldwide:

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus payment processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, missed sessions, or early departures.
Registration transfers to another participant may be permitted up to 48 hours before the event, subject to approval by Balance Notion.

Refunds will not be granted due to personal emergencies, illness, injury, family emergencies, death in the family, visa issues, travel delays, airline cancellations, missed flights, weather conditions, war, government restrictions, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of Balance Notion’s control. In such situations, Balance Notion may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event according to the cancellation terms stated above.

This policy applies unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require a different rule.

Retreats

Due to the limited capacity, accommodation commitments, venue reservations, staffing, and operational costs associated with retreats, the following cancellation policy applies:

A retreat booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Retreat payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific retreat page.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus payment processing fees and any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Cancellations made 90 days or less before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, unused accommodation, or unused meals.

If a participant finds a replacement person for their spot and the replacement is approved by Balance Notion, a partial refund may be issued minus payment processing fees and administrative costs.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, travel interruptions, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased content, services, or event details according to the schedule and terms specified on the product page.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a stable internet connection, compatible hardware, compatible software, and the necessary technical ability to access the content.

Balance Notion is not responsible for technical issues caused by the participant’s equipment, internet connection, software limitations, or user error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Balance Notion, including but not limited to videos, programs, tutorials, documents, logos, branding, graphics, images, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Balance Notion and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for individual educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, record, share, resell, upload, publish, copy, or publicly display any content without prior written permission from Balance Notion.

7. Participant Conduct and Removal Policy

Balance Notion is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment during all workshops, retreats, online programs, and events.

Racist, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually inappropriate, intoxicated, or otherwise disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Participants who engage in inappropriate conduct, create unsafe situations, refuse to follow instructor or staff directions, repeatedly disrupt the event, damage property, or violate venue rules may be removed from the event immediately without refund.

Balance Notion reserves the right to refuse admission or future participation to any individual whose behavior is considered harmful, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in hand balancing, mobility training, conditioning, inversions, flexibility training, and related activities involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, fractures, dizziness, collisions, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other physical injuries.

By participating in any Balance Notion program, workshop, retreat, or event, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.

Participants are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before participation, training within their own physical limits, disclosing injuries or medical conditions that may affect safe participation, and following all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff.

Balance Notion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant’s condition or behavior is considered unsafe for themselves or others.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Organizer Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Changes

Balance Notion reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, substitute instructors, or modify any workshop, retreat, online event, or schedule due to circumstances including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, government restrictions, natural disasters, travel disruptions, safety concerns, force majeure events, or events outside our reasonable control.

In such cases, Balance Notion may offer a transfer, event credit, a rescheduled date, or a refund of amounts paid directly to Balance Notion.

Balance Notion is not responsible for flights, visas, travel expenses, accommodation booked separately, foreign exchange losses, bank fees, or other third-party costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balance Notion disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Balance Notion shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, personal expenses, travel expenses, or third-party costs arising from participation in or use of our products, services, workshops, retreats, or online programs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information collected during purchases or registrations is used solely for processing orders, delivering services, communication regarding events or programs, and improving customer experience.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Balance Notion operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country, state, or region, those protections shall also apply where required.

13. Changes to This Policy

Balance Notion reserves the right to update or modify this Sales Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
