How does it work ?

This program is tailored to fit your individual needs. Once you have chosen your instructor, you’ll be invited to connect with them for an initial exchange to discuss your current level, goals, specific needs, and—most importantly—your availability. Together, you’ll work out a schedule for the 10-week program.

Once that’s done, you’ll receive a booking link to confirm your spot and complete your payment directly on the website. From there, your personalized journey toward your next handstand goal begins.
