Join our 3-week online handstand intensive program and train with world-class instructors wherever you are in the world. The 12 video classes and 6 live coaching sessions will help you build strength, and improve alignment and technique. How does it work

When you join to the 3-week intensive program, you’ll receive a registration link with full access to your classes. Three new classes will be released every Monday, simply chose when you want to complete them.Once released, all pre-recorded classes are accessible for the duration of the program. You will also receive separate links inviting you to join the weekend live sessions, which are provided at varying times to suit all time zones.

You can train from anywhere — all you need is some floor space, minimal equipment and a wall!

You’ll find a link to the community forums underneath the registration link. The forums help you stay connected and supported throughout the program. The platform is easy to use, and everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Even if February feels busy or you might miss a few classes, don’t worry — the entire 3 week program will stay accessible in your login space for six months after it ends, so you can dive back in and progress at your own pace. 

What does it include

3 pre-recorded classes every week

Follow along at your own pace — repeat, pause, and practice from anywhere, whenever it fits your schedule.

2 live classes every weekend

Each weekend, we teach two different live classes — one on Saturday and one on Sunday. To make sure you can tune in wherever you are in the world, we put on each class twice: once in the morning and once in the evening. We do this so that everybody can access the same live content, regardless of your time zone.

Open to all

Whether you have never been upside down, are working with the wall, holding freestanding handstands, or refining advanced shapes and transitions — this program is designed to meet you where you are.

You will need

A yoga mat, three yoga blocks, wall space, a resistance band, a chair, and a phone or computer to access the pre-recorded and live classes.

Classes in English with subtitles

All classes are taught in English and include subtitles in French, Spanish, and English for full accessibility.

Community forums

You will have access to three forums: one to ask questions and get direct feedback from your instructors, one to share your progress and upload videos, and one to connect with the community, exchange tips, and support each other.

What does it cover

Beginner

You’ll use the 3-week program to build strength, and increase flexibility and alignment, refine your kick-ups, master wall work, and progress toward a confident freestanding handstand.

Week 01.

  • Mobility work for the ranges needed in handstands, focusing on shoulders, chest, elbows, and wrists
  • Basic alignment exercises to learn proper stacking and body organization
  • Shoulder-isolation and stability work to build safe, reliable support overhead

Week 02.

  • Advanced strength and mobility drills for shoulders and wrists
  • Wall-based practice to feel confident and in control, using technique to improve your line

Week 03.

  • Strength and mobility drills that integrate legs and full-body position
  • Handstand variations to understand balance and control and connect muscle memory
  • Progressions for moving away from the wall into a free handstand
  • Drills for safely kicking up into and coming down from a handstand

Intermediate

You’ll spend the three weeks refining your alignment, developing strength and flexibility, improving your press and pike press handstand skills, challenging your two arm balance, and preparing for one arm handstands.

Week 01.

  • Build the flexibility required for handstands, focusing on the shoulders
  • Learn basic alignment: stacking joints and using the methodology of opposites to find your line
  • Intro strength for press handstands: compression, shoulder strength and technique
  • Understand balance: weight distribution on the hands, where you need to be, and shoulder isolation to stay in control

Week 02.

  • Develop strength and flexibility through compression and shoulder isolation
  • Press handstand progressions: eccentrics, partial presses, controlled entries and reversions
  • Movement patterns to challenge your two-arm handstand: tuck, straddle and pike

Week 03.

  • Technique-focused pressing: using compression and leverage, relying on perfect technique instead of strength
  • Pike press handstand drills with deep compression and active shoulders
  • Advanced challenges for your two-arm handstands: shape changes and weight shifts
  • Transition towards one-arm handstands: weight transfer and finger control
