You are already holding your handstand, you have started to develop your press-up, and have been exploring the side bends but feel stuck in your practice to go further; this level is for you! We will give you some challenges to check your alignment and your balancing skills as well as exercises to make sure you are on the right path to achieve your press-up and good side bends to take them further.

You have a solid two-handed handstand, and a clear understanding of alignment. You have developed body awareness that allows you to apply the concept of isolation in your body while balancing on 2 arms. You are therefore ready to start the journey of learning the one arm handstand - this level is for you! We will go further in the challenge and playfulness of the 2 armed handstand and will get into that most important part of one arm handstand, the transfer of weight on one arm.
